Aesthetician/Laser Technician

Qualifications and Experience
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a full-time esthetician, previous experience in a medical setting is a plus
- Skillfully perform facial, waxing, and nail services
- Have great customer service skills, including listening, verbal and written skills. Educate customers/clients on the benefits of skincare and wellness
- Be able to retain customers and attract new ones
- Proactively resolve customer’s concerns in a positive, non-judgemental manner
- Have an excellent knowledge of different types of nail, skin care products
- Possess a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task and work with a team from different departments to meet the company’s objectives
- Set up goals and necessary education or activities for the department
- Be a self-starter with integrity
- Have strong desire to help others, be a team leader, and to learn new products, services, and skills
- Must comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Must be professional, respectful, sincere, discrete, and fun to work with
Other PLUS qualifications
- Word, Excel, Graphic design, powerpoint
- Managerial experience
