We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a comprehensive understanding of various esthetic treatments. This role involves performing skincare services, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and ensuring an outstanding experience for all clients.
Duties
- Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, nail care, and eyelash extensions.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining client records using Vagaro software.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance client experience and promote retail sales.
- Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build relationships.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued during their visits.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in performing product demonstrations effectively.
- Knowledge of common esthetician application techniques.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace.
- Front desk experience is preferred for managing client interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence online.
- Excellent guest service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Working with Physicians on staff to assist with aesthetics procedures.

Pay: $24.70 – $27.51 per hour
