The primary responsibility of this LPN position is to assist with phone triage and contacting patients.
Additional LPN responsibilities:
- Chaperone and greet patients
- Obtain vital signs
- Maintain medical documentation
- Schedule care/treatment, diagnostic tests
- Process prescriptions, referrals
- Begin IV therapy
- Administer medicines
- Provide patient information
