Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook to our Dietary Department at BaptistBeaches, in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity primarily working in cold prep.
As a Cook I, you will be responsible for:
- Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
- Cold prep and dessert prep.
- Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies.
- Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
- Setting trays for patient meals.
