Your New Role
As a Cantina Food Runner / Expo, you’ll bring your energetic spirit to provide superior guest service. You’ll greet and interact with our guests, respond to their inquiries and requests with friendliness and efficiency, and keep our busy bar well-stocked with everything from beer, wine, and spirits to paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Part of your role will include ensuring the quality of all beverage-related perishables by cutting, storing, and labeling them accurately. You’ll also help to keep our service bar, bar tables, stations, and service areas sparkling clean and properly sanitised. If a special project or duty arises, you’ll be ready to jump in as needed.
What You’ll Need
Basic skills in reading, writing, and math are required. Be prepared to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. You should be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently move around the work area, and handle objects and equipment to maintain the facility. Bending, stooping, kneeling and working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment will be part of your daily routine.
You need to be Florida Food Handler & Alcohol certified.
Your Background
You should have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience and/or training is also required.
