Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to guest preferences.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to ensure profitability.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year
