Taylor Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is looking for motivated HVAC Apprentices/Helpers to join our growing team!
No experience is required—we’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn the HVAC trade. Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while on job sites.
- Continuously learn and develop HVAC skills through hands-on training.
Requirements:
- No HVAC experience required—we provide paid training.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
