Job Description:
Looking for full time Landscaper / Dock Hand at Reynolds Park Yacht Center in Green Cove Springs, FL on the St Johns River. Would be working closely with Groundskeeper to ensure the beautification of the property and that all areas are well maintained and clean to impeccable standards. When landscaping duties are completed general maintenance duties and assistance in the marina may be required.
· Grounds keeping duties
· Ensure the turf is well maintained.
· Beautify properties by pulling weeds, watering, removing trash, trimming, edging, pruning, and blowing leaves and debris using different pieces of landscape equipment.
· Keep golf carts and equipment clean and in working order.
· Interact with marina boaters, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and polite manner.
· Assist boaters in docking and undocking their boats
· Oversee trash removal and maintenance of dock facility.
· Clean docks, sidewalks, and buildings using pressure washers
· Cleaning docks, gangways and power pedestals.
· Rust Removal and Painting
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Clean Driving record
· Able to work outside for long periods of time
· Able to pick up 40 lbs
· Able to swim
· Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
· Must pass background check and drug screening
