Job Description:
- Residential & light commercial service and diagnostics
- Troubleshooting inverter systems, conventional systems, airflow issues, humidity issues, zoning, duct problems
- Providing honest recommendations based on what the home actually needs
- Educating clients, not selling them
- Working with a team that cares about quality, code compliance, and craftsmanship
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years proven HVAC service experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills (not just part swapping)
- Pride in your work
- Integrity – you do the right thing even when nobody is watching
- Professional communication with homeowners
- EPA Certified
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
