Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manicures and pedicures (gel or regular), including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application
- Provide nail extensions, including Gel X and acrylic nails (optional)
- Create and apply nail art designs according to client preferences
- Offer additional services such as hand and foot massages
- Upsell Eminence products and services to clients
- Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work collaboratively with team members on tasks like cleaning, laundry, and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician
- Must have a valid Nail Technician license in the state of Florida
- Skilled in various nail care techniques, including Gel X, acrylic nails, and nail art (will be trained if no prior experience)
- Knowledge of esthetic facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, lash care, and permanent makeup is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- A team player who values collaboration and personal growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Commission plus tips
Expected Hours: 36 – 40 per week
