Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair recreational, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively using your skills.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Experience using electrical meters, meggers, and measuring devices.
- Ability to develop and utilize technical documents and work packages.
- Skills in scheduling, reporting, and communicating with customers and management.
- Capability to connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, and ventilation fans to control panels and power sources.
- Strong reporting skills to document inspections, tests, discrepancies, and repair recommendations.
- Leadership experience to supervise and guide junior personnel.
- Ability to work independently when needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- Universal EPA Certification is a plus (not mandatory).
- Five years of experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or military equivalent (not mandatory).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Must pass background screening for TWIC and DBIDS for base access (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (not mandatory).
- EPA Universal Certification is highly regarded for experienced candidates.
