Esthetician/Facial Specialist
Pay: We are looking for booth renters! $800 a month!
Phi Beauty Spa will be expanding at the end of the year, and we are preparing for our future. We are seeking a HIGHLY SKILLED Facial Specialist and Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team member with an ESTABLISHED CLIENTELE, passionate about providing exceptional beauty services, and willing to contribute to the growth of Phi Beauty Spa. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to staying current with industry advancements are essential.

Responsibilities
Relevant Education: Certification or diploma in esthetics.
Licensing: Appropriate state or local licenses.
Experience: Practical experience in facial treatments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in facial techniques and skincare product knowledge.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and client relations.
Sanitation Knowledge: Understanding of hygiene and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in facial and facial techniques
- Advanced knowledge of esthetic treatments and industry trends
- Certified Esthetician/related field is required
- Experience in retail sales within a salon environment
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a beauty or spa setting
- Additional qualifications in esthetic treatments or related services are beneficial
Job Type: Contract
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
