We are seeking a talented and experienced Stylist to join our dynamic team at Push Push Salon. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the industry and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction . As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier services, enhancing client experiences, and contributing to our salon’s vibrant atmosphere.

Duties

– Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to each client’s needs.

– Conduct product demonstrations and effectively promote salon products and services.

– Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and tools.

– Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and client retention.

– Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer clients innovative styling options.

– Assist in training and mentoring junior stylists and assistants.

– Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**

– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Stylist in a salon setting.

– Proven ability to sell products and services effectively, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

– Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in styling techniques, including advanced coloring and cutting methods.

– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

– Strong teamwork skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.

– Valid state cosmetology license and ongoing commitment to continued education and skill development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 – $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 41 per week
