Ben is currently a Transmission Specialist at Bozard Ford. He started at their QuickLane then went through the Technician Development Program. As a student, he was a member of FCTC’s Career Navigator program. Of the many benefits, he was able to purchase tools and a tool box through Navigator funding. When Ben came to FCTC, he was already mechanically inclined. He came out of FCTC with a better understanding of auto repair. He appreciated the camaraderie within the program, support from his instructor and being with like-minded students. Networking with our community business partners enabled him to work at Bozard while a student. It definitely helped in obtaining his current employment.
