Things have been going well since finishing at FCTC. I’m living in St. Augustine and have worked in some great kitchens with some great chefs. Most of this last year has been as Sous Chef at Crescent Beach Bar and Grill working with Chef Jaime Simoes. I’ve had a chance to put the skills I learned to use and found success. Things were going really well before we had to shut down and the team is working hard to keep things on track as we reopen.
I also celebrated 10 years married to a wonderful woman- it’s been pretty incredible.
