Being a student in the Aircraft Fabrication class at FCTC was an experience that I will never forget. When I first started the class, I had some doubts that a girl like me could flourish in this career. I am now seeing that the opportunities are endless. I am thankful for the support that I was given from the leaders in my community and the FCTC staff. With their encouragement and my determination, I was able to complete the class, graduate with honors and gain employment with Northrop Grumman. Since then, my career has blossomed. I am so happy that I stepped out of my comfort zone, took a chance and embarked on this life-changing journey. I am now in a career that I love and can give back to FCTC. Talk about full circle!
