At the age of 2, I knew I wanted to be a chef. I’ve worked in the industry for 9 years which includes Sous Chef for Serenata Beach Club at age 24 and now Head Line Chef at Embassy Suites by Hilton. My team at Embassy is unbelievable and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
My inspiration was my father who grew his own garden and cooked for us each night. He passed away 5 years ago. Every day I learn from different chefs that I have worked for in the past. The people I surround myself with makes us all successful.
I have a daughter who is 1 and I would do anything for her.
