After working in the business for 20 years, I decided on First Coast Technical College for my culinary certification. What a great experience. After graduation, I worked many aspects of food service from resorts, country clubs, homeless shelters, church congregations and currently senior living.
I have found my passion in senior living. Our residents are family to me. I currently work for as the Food Service Director for Pacifica Senior Living in Ocala, Florida. We prepare a farm to table style menu for our residents. I found my passion.
